The 2026 Singletrack 3 poster acts as a visual homecoming to Fernie British Columbia where North American mountain bike stage racing first began. The design centers on a unified narrative of the three day journey by blending the iconic Lizard Range skyline with the diverse ecosystems found across the Elk Valley. By integrating the vibrant summer wildflowers of the Montane meadows with the rugged cedar forests and fallen timber of the more technical descents the artwork captures the full sensory experience of the Kootenays. The composition follows the rider’s transition from the flowy ridgelines of Stage 1 to the epic point to point connection from Sparwood and finally into the loamy rooty finish at Fernie Mountain Park. It is a tribute to the legacy of the TransRockies spirit where decades of trail stewardship and raw mountain adventure are condensed into one celebratory alpine scene.
